Xtreme Lashes® Training and Certification Workshops are led by highly skilled
instructors who are experts in the application of eyelash extensions. You will
learn techniques to jump start your practice and ensure that your applications
are efficient and effective. These workshops are critical for serious
technicians who want only the very best in training.
Our lash extension workshops are taught several times each week in cities
across the US and Canada. Please see the Workshop Schedule above to find a
location and date near you.
Xtreme Lashes® Lash Stylist Training and Certification Workshop (1-Day):
This is a nine hour comprehensive, hands on eyelash extension training
workshop. It is fun and intense. You will work under the supervision and
guidance of an expert trainer throughout the workshop. In this workshop, you
will learn effective application and framing techniques as well as how to
advertise and market yourself in the eyelash extension industry.
Xtreme Lashes® Lash Stylist Training and Certification Workshop (2-Day):
This is a two day eyelash extension training course. The initial day of the
training follows the same structure as our 1-Day Workshop. On the second day,
you will receive additional supervision while completing a FULL application.
You will then be guided through step-by-step instructions on how to develop
yourself as a Lash Stylist and learn how to market and advertise yourself in
order to successfully turn your new skill into a highly profitable business! |

Which Workshop is right for you?
Both options provide superior-quality, hands-on education and are taught by
highly skilled instructors. However, the 2-Day option will give you an
additional day of hands-on, supervised training while you complete a full set
of lashes as well as guidance through the “Roadmap to Success”
business-building section.
Xtreme Lashes® strongly recommends the 2-Day option for new technicians who
wish to jumpstart their careers and succeed as Xtreme Lashes® Lash Stylists.
The additional hands-on education and intensive marketing and business-building
training will prove to be an invaluable key to your success as an Xtreme
Lashes® Lash Stylist.
Xtreme Lashes® recommends the 1-Day option for individuals who are unable to
commit to a 2-Day workshop or for those who are converting to Xtreme Lashes®
from another company.

| Requirements For Any Lash
Stylist Workshop |
|
New Customers MUST purchase either a
Gold Eyelash Extension Kit OR a
Platinum Eyelash Extension Kit with any Lash Stylist eyelash extension
class listed below. Detailed information regarding Lash Stylist certification
is listed below the schedule.
Attendance and participation in any Xtreme Lashes® Eyelash Extension
Training and Certification Workshop is limited to Professionals in
the beauty, health, medical and dental industries. After registering for a
class, we ask that you fax a copy of your professional license to Xtreme
Lashes® at 832.217.2923. The fax must be received at the Corporate Offices of
Xtreme Lashes® prior to the date of your Workshop. You will also need to bring
a photo copy of your professional license with you to the Workshop along with
your photo identification. If you are not a licensed professional but believe
that your credentials, such as certifications, skills and experience, qualify
you as a professional, please call Xtreme Lashes® customer service.
Please Note: Lash Styling is a very meticulous procedure
requiring excellent hand/eye coordination and depth perception. Some
individuals may have difficulty applying lashes as a result of certain eye
correction procedures. |

| Successful completion of our Training and Certification Workshop or private
tutoring is the first step to becoming a Certified Xtreme Lashes® Lash
Stylist . You will receive a
Certification Submission form with your Xtreme Lashes® Workbook during
training. Once you have performed several successful lash extension
applications, please fill out your form and submit it along with the specified
‘Before’ and ‘After’ photos to apply for your Xtreme Lashes® Certificate of
Completion. Upon approval you will be sent your Certificate and become eligible
to apply for listing on our Lash Stylist Directory. The following additional
benefits are available only to Certified Xtreme Lashes® Lash Stylists: |

qualified professionals. Your potential customers are searching for eyelash
extensions in your area right now. We receive THOUSANDS of visitors each

with at least three times the traffic as our closest competitor. This free
advertising can generate significant revenue for your business. We invest in
internet advertising and you reap the benefits! After you receive
your Certification and have performed additional applications as described on

Phone & E-mail Referrals: We receive thousands of
telephone calls and email requests on a regular basis from consumers who wish
to have eyelash extensions applied to them. As a Certified Xtreme Lashes®
Lash Stylist listed on our directory, you will be eligible to
receive referrals if the consumer is in your city or state.

| Workshop Refund Policy |
|
| When you reserve a workshop with Xtreme Lashes® a seat will be held for you in
a specified class and is then unavailable to other interested students. Each
workshop is planned in detail to accommodate a specific number of students by
arranging for supplies and ensuring adequate partners are available. In order
to cover the costs of modifying these arrangements due to Cancellations and
Rescheduling the following fees apply to all workshop purchases: |

Cancelling:
There is a non-refundable charge of $200 should you CANCEL your workshop MORE
THAN seven (7) days prior to your scheduled training date.

If you cancel your workshop WITHIN 1 (one) to 7 (seven) days prior to your
scheduled workshop date, a non-refundable charge of $250 will apply.

If you do not cancel your workshop prior to the workshop date, we will not be
able to refund any of your workshop fee.

Rescheduling:
Should you need to reschedule due to an unforeseen conflict, we will do our
best to accommodate you. We ask that you inform us as soon as possible. A
rescheduling fee of $150.00 will apply if you reschedule within one to seven
days prior to workshop date.
